It's the end of the world as we know it.
No, seriously. In August 2015, the Earth's population reached seven
billion people and overcrowding raised some serious problems. To
combat these problems, a directive from the American government
was drawn up and put into action. In the simplest term it was known
as Project RUTH - Reduction Under Trusted Hands. A select number
of people were chosen to be put into secure shelters underground so
that after a year's time they could be returned to the surface to assist
in rebuilding society. But something went wrong. Something went
seriously wrong.
Because not everyone the government killed off stayed... well... dead.
We possess an original open-ended plot, a free form app, a plethora of
possibilities for character interaction and development and friendly,
active admins. We do, however, ask that you bring your own shotgun.
