Anima, in appearence, is quite frightening, having a demonic look and a manevolent aura seeming to surround it. Anima is actually the Aeon of Seymour's mother, who was turned into a Fayth. She is quite friendly and has two main attacks.
Oblivion: Inflicts non-elemental damage to all enemies and has a 50% chance of causing confusion.
Pain: Inflicts non-elemental damage to all enemies and has a 50% chance of inflicting Zombie status.

History: Seymour was the child of a Guado father and a human mother, the first mix of the two species. But Seymour was considered an abomonation by the humans and was shunned by them. Due to that, he lived in Guadosalam with his father, Maester Jyscal. But Jyscal exiled his wife and Seymour to Bajj island. Then Seymour's mother began suffering from an illness and seeked Yunalesca's help in becoming Anima's Fayth, intending to keep Spira safe. Yet Seymour never was able to accept her death and spent the next three years on the island, creating his own twisted views of life and gaining Anima as his Aeon.
At age 18 his exile was revoked and he was appointed as a priest at Macalania Temple. He did that for 7 years, during which he had Anima's Fayth moved to Bajj Temple. He began to form a plan to become Sin by fighting it and letting it absorb him so he could kill all the people in Spira and end their suffering. He began this plan by killing his father and ensuring that he became Maester in Jyscal's place.
As Yuna began her pilgrimage, she met Seymour a few times as an ally. Once in Luca, where she offically met him for the first time and learned of him becoming a maester. She was also present when he "saved" the Blitzball stadium from his fiends. The second time was on Mushroom Rock Road, when the Sinspawn came free and Sin showed up. Seymour fought together with Yuna and her guardians, helping defeat the Sinspawn Gui. The third time was when they reached Guadosalam and werw summoned to his house. There, he spoke with Yuna about them marrying, which she seemed to aree with. But, as they visited the Farplane, Maester Jyscal broke free and had to be Sent, leaving a sphere in his place. From that, Yuna and her guardians learned that Seymour killed Jyscal for the spot of Maester.
As Seymour takes Yuna ahead to the temple, the rest of her party gets there as quick as possible. They reach him as Yuna is praying in the Fayth and tell him that they know the truth. Yuna emerges from the Fayth just as Seymour attacks the group. They end up killing him, but his servant takes his body before Yuna can send him, crushing the sphere as well.
When Yuna came to Bevelle Temple, she met Seymour again and this time agreed to marry him, just to Send him. But her plan doesn't work out, and she is forced to escape on Vaelfor
Seymour is seen 3 more times before he game ends, now as the enemy of Yuna. He uses Maester Kinoc's pyreflies (right after killing him) to become Seymour Natus, but loses that battle. The second was in Mt. Gagezat, right when the group reached the summit. He transforms into Seymour Flux and attacks the team again. After a very difficult battle, he is again defeated and vanishes. The third, and final, time is inside Sin, where Seymour says that Sin is impossible to stop since Yunalesca was defeated. He transforms into Seymour Omnis and fights the team again, only to lose and finally be sent.
As Seymour resided in the Farplane, he began plotting a way to escape, although he couldn't think of a way to escape as his father had. But, one day as he sat thinking, a kind of portal opened, showing the Calm Lands. He stepped through it and found himself standing in front of the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. Laughing, he rejoyced at being alive once again and began to plot how he would get his revenge. He discovered that he could summon Anima, but all of the other Fayth had disappeared. He heard rumors of "Dark Aeons", and now spends his time searching for them, trying to take control of them to exact revenge on Yuna and her guardians.

RP Sample: Seymour sat inside of Bevelle Temple, listening to what the humans here had to say. It was rather easy to befriend New Yevon, for Seymour was a former Maester, and he learned very valubale information from them. The most recent one was the High Summoner Yuna having to fight one of her former Aeons in the basement below about a year back. Seymour found this interesting and listened intently. From what he heard, these Aeons had been corrupted by Sin and were uncontrollable. Well, they were going to see about that. Seymour began chuckling to himself, delighted at his new plan...
That night he snuck under the Temple, following the twisting tunnels and hallways. His Guado side was able to sense something was down there, something from the Farplane. He smiled to himself as he felt this, knowing that it was most likely the rumored Aeon. As he reached the hollow pit where Vegnugun was (although he didn't know that), he stopped. All that was here was a giant pit. He frowned and crossed his arms, considering the situation. This was definetely where he felt the feeling from, but there was nothing but pyreflies...he turned and left, planning on searching another day. But, as he turned away and wasn't focusing his senses, a shadow swiftly jumped up from the pit, hanging from the roof. It watched Seymour as he left, already naming him as an enemy...
