Penelo listened to what Serah said, she called it 'soda' and it certainly was fizzy. She nodded her head in agreement. "Definitely." She agreed with a smile. She wished Serah had warned her about burping with it in your mouth though. Because after she took a drink, she hiccuped again and it did go up her nose, and it did burn. She coughed and rubbed her nose with her palm. "Ah! That's no fun." She muttered to herself, her eyes watered a little and then she drew in a deep breath, wishing all the fizziness would go away. Once it did, she took a rather small drink of it, and swallowed it carefully. She didn't want to repeat that again.

She tapped her feet lightly to a random as she spoke about how she had arrived here. Vaan would be so mad at her that she broke the airship, twice. Hopefully here, though, she'd be able to find someone that could fix it, good as new, so maybe he'd never know. Of course, Penelo would end up telling him anyway, instead of keeping it a secret. She didn't believe in acting like that. "Oh! Nono is the moogle that keeps the ship in running order. She helps me and Vaan--he's my best friend who runs the ship with me--with the ship and our friends Balthier and Fran. She is a tough little thing and she'd be very mad at me to know I've crashed the ship, but I was never much of a flier, they all knew that." She shrugged a little hopelessly. Vaan flew the ship because he had the ambition to.

If Serah asked it of her, Penelo would help her to get back to her world as much as she possibly could. She wouldn't give up until she succeeded. She smiled faintly at hearing what Serah ahd to say about her own world. "You have a fiancee?! Awesome! What's he like?" She asked, really curiously because Penelo was a hopeless romantic. Penelo would just be that more driven to get Serah back to Snow, now.

Maybe she should have told Penelo about the fizziness, and the effects that came with it. Hearing the blond hiccup again, then burp she couldn't contain the giggle that wanted to burst out loud. But she contained it, besides she didn't want to be mean to her new friend. Taking another sip of her drink, she continued to watch Penelo. The girl seemed to wait till the fizz was gone in the glass, than took a small sip as to be careful to not repeat what she did before. Which was the wise thing to do, having acid come out of your nose was not a good thing. Serah remembered one time she had been laughing so hard, that soda came out from her nose. Oh did it sting so bad, she thought she wouldn't be able to smell for a week.

Serah seemed to sit back and listen to the blond, as she explained how she got here. How her airship had crashed, if she could perhaps fix it. Then maybe they could both try and find a way home, it was worth a try right. Though Serah couldn't find the right momment to ask, and she had no idea how long it would take to repair it. The pink haired girl had been curious when Penelo mentioned Nono, and when she explained it was a moogle which kept the ship running in order. Serah found that quite fasinating to say the least, and it seems she had quite alot of friends. "Is this person Vaan, very close to you?". And what are these people Fran and Balthier like?". She hoped she wasn't being too nosey.

So this person Vaan did most of the flying, and Penelo was the crasher. "Do you think if you can fix your ship, you can help me look for my sister and fiancee?". There she asked it, hopefully Penelo agreed. Serah than told the blond about her world, even if it was mainly for tourists she didn't mind. When she asked what her fiancee was like, Serah just grinned from ear to ear before answering. "He's very sweet, and tall. Also he's my hero, and very protective of me". He would find her no matter where she was, that was the kind of person Snow was. Putting her half empty glass back on the table, she gently grasped the silver pendant around her neck and sighed lightly. How she missed Snow, and Lightning.

Before she could drift off into her own thoughts, the waiter brought their orders. Setting the burger and salad in front of her, and the chicken salad with ranch dressing in front of Penelo. Oh it looked so good and she could feel her mouth watering, the waiter told them to enjoy before grabbing her glass and walked off to refill it. "Well I guess dig in, i'm starving". Laughing lightly, she picked up the fork beside her on the table and started to eat her little side salad that came with the burger.
