Roxas
He sighed a little, and stretched out his arms, looking up at the night sky. 'It is a beautiful night' he thought, and then saw a shooting star go across the sky. He smiled and made his wish for company, he fell backwards into the soft grass below him, and let out a sigh of relief. This was one of those times he loved to be alone, but yet, he yearned for some company. Sometimes he was the kind of boy who wanted company, friends, people he could trust. Other times, he wanted to be alone, to think about life, and many other great questions he has. He sighed a little, it was getting midnight, and who knows what could happen to him, then blue eyes began searching the place, for any signs of human life, besides himself.
Roxas didn't find anything just yet though, and then he sat down at the edge of the canyon. A twig snapped, and Roxas jumped, "Who's there?" He called out sternly, popping out his 2 trusty key blades, one a darker color than the other. He stood up, and faced the small forest before him, key blades just laying there limply on the ground, but yet held tight in his hands. "Come out now." He gave a warning to whoever it was, it might be a machine, roaming through the forest, could be some company. And when that thought hit him, he dropped his key blades, them disappearing when they touched the ground, "Um, sorry..." He said, his mood swings getting the better of him, then he sat there, and crossed his legs, and began to fiddle with a piece of grass, and stared at it closely, moving his blond hair out of the way to get a better look at it's smoothness, and bumps.

I'VE SAID WHAT I SAID• and you know what i mean, but •I STILL CAN'T FOCUS ON ANYTHING Let me be brave.
When his eyes opened up, the shooting star was long gone. He wondered if he'd gotten the wish out in time. Surely he had. Kyuukei rolled his helmet in his hand for another moment before donning it on his head securely. It was different this time. There was no one to tell him what he was in the strange place for. There were no others like him. He hadn't seen anything human in quite some time. Traveling like this, alone: Kyuukei could feel his resolve weakening. Let me be brave. It was such a simple wish. There was nothing yet, nothing besides the fight against his loneliness, to be brave against. But when it came, and he knew it would, it would take him off guard if he wasn't prepared. At the ready. Always at the ready.
Kyuukei's fingers slid down to his belt, fingers dancing reassuringly along the hilt of his onion sword. Fighting wasn't always the best option. No. But sometimes it had to be done. He had learned that lesson the hard way. His gaze traveled back to the sky as if in hopes another star would fly by. He made his wish anyway.
Let Terra be safe.
He felt better now. Something less selfish. This is -
'Snap.'
Kyuukei froze, startled by the sound. It took him a moment to realize the stick that broke was under his own foot. Quicker, her registered the angry taunts, the sound of weapons being drawn. He panicked, fumbling with his own weapon, unable to draw it out. Be brave, be brave, be - ! He nearly choked on a sigh of relief when he realized the other was apologizing. Maybe - maybe they were scared too? Hesitantly, he moved forward, stepping out of the natural cover. He found the boy quickly, a blonde boy maybe the same age as himself. He breathed in a bit heavily. The words that left his mouth wavered despite. "I - I'm sorry for my intrusion. I have no intentions of fighting you." The words out, Kyuukei swallowed and made another wish.
Please feel the same way.

Roxas
A guy came out, and Roxas jumped up again, prepared for a battle, popping out his two key blades again. The words he said made Roxas feel bad, "Oh, my bad..." He said, making them dissapear again, standing up from his battle pose, and looked at the guy head on. "I am Roxas." He said, holding out his hand so he could shake, and then pulled it back, he was in a bad mood right now, his mood swings getting him again. He turned his back to this stranger, and walked back to the edge of the canyon, sorting things out, eyes searching for answers that wasn't there. He turned his head to look over his shoulder keeping an eye on this stranger, and then leaned on this rocky chair he was sitting on. He felt knots tying in his stomach, he felt guitly, but he ahd no idea what he was guilty about, he felt strange. "Uhm, uh...." He started to say, but couldn't finish it, so he gave the guy a cheesey grinned, and then a nervous laughed, and then wrapped his arms around his stomach, and kicked the ground. It hurt his foot because he was actually on stone, and it made his face turned a bright red for a little bit, and he gave the guy behind him another nervous laugh, he grinned.
He got up, and stretched his arms out into the sky, and let out a little yawn, and rubbed the back of his neck. The person he was standing on the cliff with, was a little nervous, as was Roxas, he was litterally on the edge of the cliff, the guy bhind him culd do anything, like push him. But if that were to happen, simply pull out the keyblades, and then stab the side of the canyon, hanging on for his dear life. He turned around and looked at the strange guy, and said sternly, but friendly, "Don't push me." He said, sometimes Roxas is a little confusing he makes no sense at all, says something random, and sometimes out of the blue. He hoped he made sense to this person, not just some confusing teen to the world again, he hoped.

I'VE SAID WHAT I SAID• and you know what i mean, but •I STILL CAN'T FOCUS ON ANYTHING Onion Knight's fumbling was rewarded this time. As weapons shifted back into the boy's hands, Kyuukei managed to pull Onion Sword from it's hilt at his waist. He concentrated, making sure his hands didn't shake as he met the others offensive. He exhaled a breath he hadn't realized he was holding when the boy spoke, his weapons fading away. Were those. Keys? Kyuukei shook his head and lowered his sword. Relief filled him. Maybe this kid could be an ally. As if in response, the other held out his hand in shake, introducing himself. His eyes lit up, reaching out for the hand. It was taken away before he could grab it. He frowned. "Ah, I'm. Kyuukei. The Onion Knight." He pulled back his hand, fingers curling into a loose fist.
Curious, he watched the others antics. He tried not to laugh, smiling back when smiled at, but the awkwardness was amusing. Kyuukei giggled, tilting his head as he watched him. The boy moved to the edge of the cliff, silent for a moment, before turning back.
'Don't push me.'
Kyuukei blinked, chin drawing back. He shook his head and moved slowly toward the other boy as he slipped his weapon back into his hold. Keeping a good distance so Roxas wouldn't get the wrong idea, he looked over the side. He swallowed. It sure was a long way down. "Don't push me," he countered. Looking over to Roxas, he smiled, hoping it reassured the blonde that he'd put himself in the same position. They were both teetering on the cliff, both at risk. He licked his lips. Breaking the ice obviously wasn't Roxas's strong suit, so Kyuukei did his best to compensate. "Are you from around here?" He asked curiously. For the moment, he was at the disadvantage. This place was foreign to him. He hoped Roxas knew where they were. "I'm lost." Kyuukei admitted. He itched his cheek, resisting the urge to step away from the edge of the rock face. He focused his attention on Roxas, cutting out ideas of falling forever.

Roxas
The person introduced himself, 'The onion knight' Roxas covered his mouth to stop a laugh coming form it, "Right, mr. Onion." He joked, still holding in all the bubbliness inside, 'Don't push me.' He countered, roxas was sure he was able to push him down to the ground, but he wouldn't ever push someone he barely knew down a cliff, "Oh yah?" He asked, one eyebrow going up in question, taking a step forwards to this 'Onion guy' once he stepped right in front of him, but couldn't contain his laughter, and then he fell over. He was laughing so hard, tears was forming in his eyes, and he stood up, "Sorry," He said covering his mouth with his hand, " I got moodswings." He said, his face bright red because he was ashamed he laughed, "Nope, I was hoping you could tell me. Me too, I feel like a lost puppy..." His eyes grew wide, he didn't mean to say that, sometimes he rambles on about how he feels, and he just did that, 'oops' he thought, he did an inner facepalm 'stupid, stupid, stupid' he kept calling himself, on the inside that it, no way would he ever call himself names in front of people. He was thinking of a map he always carried with him, for safety reasons, "Um I think I have a map somewhere..." He said, patted his pockets feeling for anything rectangular, "Ah ha, here it is." He said, digging in his pocket and pulling out a piece of paper, "Here." he said handing it to him, and then shoving his hands back into his pockets, luckily he had another one of those maps, even though he was never good at reading them.
He let his mind wander, what was this Onion Dude fmro anyways, he was from Twilight town, and yet he had no idea where Onion was from, "Where ya from Onion?" He asked, hoping he would answer back to his questions. Pushing blondiness from his eyes, only for them to fall back, and shoing his hands in his pockets, weird things have been going on, half of it he has yet to learn. "What time is it...." He said out loud, it wasn't really a question to anyone because he really did want to know what time it was, if only he had a phone, he thought, then he could text, call, and know what time it was, and be up to date.

I'VE SAID WHAT I SAID• and you know what i mean, but •I STILL CAN'T FOCUS ON ANYTHING 'Oh yeah?'
Kyuukei's eyes widened slightly. Was he really going to - Someone he only just met? But it was Roxas that was falling, not off the cliff but to the ground in laughter. Automatically, Onion Knight's lips parted and he grabbed the others arm. He'd expected him to go over the edge and his sigh of relief was choked when Roxas was already crawling back to his feet. Mood swings, indeed. Onion Knight rubbed the back of his head, unsure how to handle Roxas. Before he could give it ample thought, his forgotten question was being answered and he blinked, frowning in response.
How open Roxas was soothed Kyuukei. He smiled at the boy's admittance and nodded. His cheeks tinted slightly as well at the admission that he was no better than a lost puppy himself. He laughed shortly. "I feel the same way." Almost hesitantly, he clapped his hand on Roxas's shoulder. "At least we're not by ourselves." He pulled his hand back quickly, unsure how the other would react to it. Roxas seemed to take every other thing harshly and the things in between very well. It was hard to say how he'd react to anything.
Kyuukei blinked, thoughts interrupted by his companion's remembrance. A map! That was good luck! He took it when it was offered to him, smoothing out the parchment and holding it up. It was a bit crude, made from basic sketches and quick scribbles. There was a little tick besides one of the names, just above a hatching of triangles to represent mountains. He placed his finger on the words. "Cosmo Canyon," Kyuu read slowly. The language was fortunately legible, if strange off the tongue. He wondered if it was coincidental that it was so very close to 'Cosmos.'
"Me? I'm from Ur. On the Floating Continent." He looked up from the map, realizing his home was not on it. "Where are you from?" They certainly weren't from the same place, not with the strange get-up Roxas was wearing. He had an odd accent, stranger weapons, and even his name seemed weird. This was how it had been when Kyuukei had been fighting for Cosmos. Everyone from another world. Was she here? Was she behind this again?
Did they have to save the world?
Roxas's absentminded comments once again stopped his worries. He looked up, unsure himself. "I'm not sure. Fortunately the moon's full. It's easy to see." He nodded toward the orange glow further down the mountain. "We could go that way. Though. I'm not sure where we're going to. I don't know why I'm here." Onion Knight's face screwed up slightly. "I don't know how I got here."

Roxas
When he had fell over laughing, Onion grabbed his arm, thinking he was going to fall, Ridiculouc Onion, he thought, but brought back to the world. Then he looked down at the map that he had given him, "Oops wrong one. Here yah go." He said snatching his langauge map, and giving Onion something more readable, "my language map." he gave a quick reason why he told him, he now knew where Onion was from, but how could he tell where Roxas came from? "Hmm,' He thought, " I'm from a small island in the middle of the ocean called Twilight Town." He replied as short as possible, which really wasn't that short, nor did he know how he got off the island, "Lemme see your blades." He told Onion, not really a question, nor a command, but more of a demand, while he made his keyblades appear. "I like foreign weapons. They look neat to me." He said, and then held out his two light colored, and dark colored key blades, and he thought that onion had a very strange accent to him, even though he came from a very small island. Then after about 10 minutes, he made them dissapear again, and then agreed with onion on which way we should go.
"Yah let's go that way." He said, starting to walk towards the light, going down a path, making one of his key blades appear, he got out his silver one, cutting the branches out of his face, only getting wacked in the face once, "Oof." He yelled out, tripping over a branch, scrabing his elbow a little, he studied it for a little, it bleeding a little but ignoring it's stinging, wiped the dirt off of it, and then continued with the walking. Soon, he came upon a town, that looked different than what he was used to, but yet, this was his first city from the island.

I'VE SAID WHAT I SAID• and you know what i mean, but •I STILL CAN'T FOCUS ON ANYTHING This kid sure was weird.
Onion Knight let him pull the map away and trained his gaze on the new one. If he had a map why didn't he look for home? His eyes found the same patch of mountains and he blinked. "Uh . . . " He could still read it. Wasn't it. In a different language? That's what Roxas had said hadn't he? COSMO CANYON, stark black on tan, clear as day. He didn't have much time to give it thought because Roxas seemed bored with the subject. The odd boy kept talking, Kyuukei doing his best to keep up. Twilight Town, he repeated silently. It sounded like a nice place. The subject trained dramatically and Kyuu, a warrior at heart, hesitated at the words.
When Roxas's keys - they really were keys! - appeared, Onion Knight tensed, only to relax at the words to follow. Trading weapons, Kyuukei turned the strange blades over in his hands. He swung one, stopping when it seemed agitated by the movement. For a moment, it almost seemed to flicker out of his hands. He held still, following the edges of the weapons with his eyes. They were beautiful, but so very odd. Besides, Kyuu thought as they traded weapons back again, I'm better with one sword. Onion Sword firmly in his palm again, he stashed it away, patting the hilt as if in reassurance. He wouldn't trade it for anything.
Roxas, finished with his fun, went back to the matter at hand. Kyuukei smiled and nodded when he agreed with his plan, and stepped into line with the strange boy. The walk was smooth, easy, and they stopped only once when Roxas tripped. Kyuu helped him to his feet and cast a small healing spell, even as the boy continued on his way. It was silent otherwise. With formalities out of the way, Onion Knight couldn't think of much else to say to him.
They stopped together in the town, Onion Knight looking around curiously. The people here dressed weird too, but not like Roxas did. He licked his lips, scanning the lingering people for someone that looked out of place. Maybe they could find someone that knew what was going on. His eyes turned back to Roxas, startled by a hint of recognition in his eyes. Kyuu hesitated for a long moment, wondering how silly the words would sound. He wondered if Roxas would believe him, if he told him about Cosmos and Chaos. He wondered if Roxas would say something similar happened to him. In the end, the desire to boast and his curiosity forced the words from his mouth. "Has this happened to you before?" He paused. "Walking up somewhere you don't know, I mean."
oc,, sorry, not the best: low muse. D: also, i know you said you're new to kh, but i thought i'd point out that twilight town isn't an island it's a town/world. i think your confusing sora for roxas, the former from destiny islands. c:
