i can't remember when you weren't thereWHEN I DIDN'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT YOUi swear, we've been through everything there is, can't imagine anything One plus one is equal to two.
Two plus two is equal to four.
Keyblade Warrior plus unknown land is equal to curiosity.
And, of course, said curiosity might just render the entire world either in the state of panic or the state of peace, especially considering the fact that the Keyblade has the power to determine quite a lot of things. Sora isn't necessarily sure if it applies to new, foreign territory, because this place certainly doesn't look a thing like those cartoony, bright worlds - or even like Destiny Islands, or the World That Never Was. This place looks significantly different, indeed.
"I wish I actually knew someone here,"
he murmurs, sighing softly, his hands slipping into his pockets. Sora has never felt so lonely, and he's never hated feeling this lonely as much as this. Some people look at him, however, and some actually wave in friendliness, but even as Sora smiles and sheepishly waves back, there is no congruence - no satisfaction. Sora knows that it's probably horrible to think that, to find nothing in the simple, friendly gestures of the people who live here, but it's true. And the truth is always cold. Sora's breath leaves him in little sighs, shoes tapping against the ground as he continues to walk. How did he get here, anyway? It wasn't like he was snuck into a Gummi ship against his will as he was asleep. If that was it, then Riku would've been awakened. The silver-haired male was, after all, not that much of a heavy sleeper. How Sora got here probably has something to do with his so-called destiny as a Keyblade warrior, most likely, and the brunette groans a little when that thought crosses his mind. He thought it was all over, for a second there. "Apparently not.." he mumbles in slight distaste, despite Sora knowing that it's probably a little childish to do that. This, however, is pushed back by his general optimism - the young man's determination beginning to flare in his blue hues. ".. I should probably ask around. Yeah!" He doesn't miss the fact that people are staring at him, and he begins his cheery way throughout the entirety of this strange village. Sora is distracted, however, when he spots a tree. With a white apple. His eyes widen a little, and he looks up at it. It doesn't take a doofus to figure out what to do next. Sora climbs up the trunk.[/blockquote] TAGGED no-one, aha WORDS fouronetwo MUSIC i'm yours - jason mraz NOTES i didn't know what to post, so forgive the general crappiness of this xD[/blockquote]

The Keyblade Wielder's actions were sure enough causing a lot of ruckus amongst the locals, some even contemplated on sending him to the hospital to get himself checked out. Fortunately for everyone this was not actually acted upon and they continue to oogle at the strange young man. Eventually one person decided to help the guy not make a complete and utter fool of himself.
"Guess I'll have to show him personally...." She muttered lightly stepping forward.
Some time before Sora made his little attraction public another was starting to get the attention of the crowd, also for looking completely different than the locals. But instead of his tactic of randomly climbing trees, this one decided it would be better to get to know the people. Although she was confused on what she was doing suddenly in a new local as she was fated to stay in THAT area for all of her existence, she decided it would be better not to question fate and get to know the world around her.
Eventually she figured out she was in a place called Banora Village on the island of Mideel. She thought about it for a bit, despite her and her friends going to almost every world there was she never heard of the place. "Perhaps I've drifted in a different Dimension Completely...." She thought before her attention was directed to the man who decided to make a fool of himself.
She sighed lightly as she approached the tree, the man seemed to be quite into the white apple on the branch, Aqua smirked lightly and summoned her Keyblade, The Rain Storm into her right hand before unleashing her Command Technique, Magic Wish. Almost upon her will the Keyblade glowed a radiant white and flew out with the power of her mind, spinning and circling the tree before cutting the apple from its stem, dropping it for her to catch it herself. Soon enough her keyblade returned back to her easily, "Perhaps you should get to know the populace before you suddenly eat their food..." She said rather coldly to the boy before walking off with her keyblade and apple in tow.

i can't remember when you weren't thereWHEN I DIDN'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT YOUi swear, we've been through everything there is, can't imagine anything His fingers are almost there!
Sora's hand is so close to the apple that he can almost taste it - the ethereal white color of it tempting him further. His tongue peeks out from in-between soft lips, lightly licking at the lower half. His fingers brush against the apple, but quickly move to the branch to balance himself. Sora's blue eyes narrow in the sheer annoyance of it, his hand having been this close (perhaps you could compare it to your forefinger and thumb being about a quarter-inch away from each other) to grasping the milky white fruit in his hand. Sora would've been so happy to just take it in his hands, and now that he's had a taste of victory, he isn't going to let it go.
He tries again, blowing away some stray brown locks from his face, and literally crawling vertically up the tree. Blue optics narrow in sheer concentration, and when his fingers brush against the white apple, a little gasp of delight slips past his lips. He's so close, now, and all Sora has to do is make one little thrust with his arm in order to get what he wants. He grins, cheerful, hefting his body upward so that he can get the fruit and pluck it from where it rests. Sora inhales, ready to experience the sweet feel of success, and his hand reaches outward again; slowly - and he's mere centimeters away from his target--
--when something causes it to fall.
Sora's eyes widen in sheer horror, blue hues holding a look of total dejection. His head shoots downward, to where the apple could have fallen, and his eyes find themselves focusing on a girl whose identity escapes him at the moment. His mouth is open, agape, and his eyes quickly shift to the weapon in her hand. It's a keyblade. His heart beats quickly in his chest, and he wonders to himself how anyone else could possibly--?
She speaks to him, then, her lips moving - but Sora hears nothing, distracted by the fact that she has a key as well; the apple suddenly forgotten. It's when she walks away that he finds himself sliding downward, his shoes hitting the ground with a little thud. The boy's footsteps quickly fall in step with the girl's, his heart still hammering deep within him. His mouth has gone dry, suddenly, and Sora is slightly intrigued.
"That's a keyblade,"
he says rather bluntly, the sound of surprise evident in his tone. "You're holding a keyblade, aren't you?"[/blockquote] TAGGED aqua o 3o WORDS fourtwofour. It was almost laughable when the boy completely seemed horrified when his treat fell just out of his reach, almost as if it meant his very life to him. Aqua smiled lightly, remembering on such a time when such stupid and trivial things was the things her and her friends loved to do together. "Shame not anymore...." Her mind outreached as the boy looked out to her, but now something was off in his mind, almost as if seeing her freaked him out.
Then out of the blue he spoke of something that nobody else did, he mentioned her keyblade.
"You know of my Keyblade?" She asked the boy, puzzled on why he was the only one to know, generally knowledge of the Keyblade bearers often flew from world to world, probably due to the fact that they often went around the worlds to battle darkness, but not this one. It was especially puzzling on why only one person in the entire world would have knowledge of her weapon. She finally looked at the boy and gasped in surprise, stepping back from him lightly.
"Who are you?!"
She just realized it herself but the boy looked familiar. No, not only did he not look familiar he looked just like HIM, but that was simply impossible. "Where do you come from?" His appearance brought something deep from her heart and she quickly prepared to fight the boy in order to get some answers from him. It may have been possible he knew nothing but something deep within her heart knew that he held all the secrets to her questions. Secrets that she was going to get, regardless of she beat it out of him or not.
"I swear that if you are with the Unversed, I will show you no mercy!"

i can't remember when you weren't thereWHEN I DIDN'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT YOUi swear, we've been through everything there is, can't imagine anything Sora's body nearly jumps in surprise when the girl transfers those clear blue eyes towards his face, his own seemingly surprised. His mouth goes dry when she asks him whether or not he knows what the keyblade is and what it means; and he's not sure whether he should say yes or no. The look on her face looks desperately shocked, or perhaps confused. Sora's wondering if the look is mirrored in his own eyes, especially adding in the fact that he'd always thought only a chosen few would have a weapon shaped like a key. His lips press together to form a line, and then his breathing finally calms, Sora nodding and beginning to speak--
It's a little terrifying when suddenly she steps back, her eyes now holding some sort of anger, or even more shock, or something that tugs at Sora's heartstrings. Is it time to press the panic button? He's not sure. Sora tries to speak again, but she cuts in, her voice hitting him like a cinder block to the face.
"Who are you?!"
It's not lost on him, the tone she uses. Sora's heart hammers in his chest at this, wondering why the girl is suddenly so cross with him. He holds up both his hands in front of his chest, blue eyes wide in slight confusion, Sora not sure what it is that's possessed her, and why she's acting this way. He doesn't even know her name, and Sora feels like he's made her hate him somehow; the feeling sliding into his stomach like grease. She says something again, asking Sora where he's come from - and spirits save him, Sora's brain is struggling to process this, and where all her anger comes from. Her last shout causes a ball of lead to drop into his stomach along with the grease. "The.. what?" Sora asks, his voice genuinely inquisitive, unsure with what it is the girl is speaking of. The Unversed? What in the name of King Mickey could that be? Really? Sora pushes the matter to the back of his head, pretending that he'd heard nothing. Perhaps she simply had a mere slip of the tongue, is all, and she wasn't sure what she was saying when she said the word Unverse. For reasons he cannot comprehend, something within his heart stirs - and Sora isn't sure whether to treat that lightly or not. To keep his mind off of it, he decides to answer her first two questions. "I'm.. I'm Sora," he says, carefully choosing his words, trying to get her to calm down, and trying not to incriminate himselfw ith whatever foolish words could possibly leave him in this situation. "I.. come from Destiny Islands," he continues, precautious; an awkwardly gloved hand extending in the brunette's attempt at being polite. "How about.. you?"[/blockquote] TAGGED AHKOOWAH! WORDS fourseventwo. MUSIC lips of an angel - hinder NOTES the song.. has nothing to do with the post. The moment the boy introduced himself, Aqua's face fell into greater distress as she stepped back from the boy even further. "Thats....Impossible! There is no way you can be Sora!" She yelled at him before leaping back and pointing her weapon at him, the teeth glowing a cold icy-blue. "What do you take me for, a fool? Sora is a little kid, you are obviously too old to be him. Now tell me, who are you......
Something didn't feel right to her, despite her words Aqua looked into the boy's face and it looked almost exactly like the young boy she met not too long ago. Suddenly something sparked and she let her weapon drop slightly, dispelling the Blizzaga spell she was about to unleash upon him, "How old are you anyway? She asked him, she being more calm and conceited even though deep within her heart she feared that the very worst would come from his lips.
"What if I had it all wrong? What if what he speaks is the truth?"
Her mind was about to explode as if what he said was true not only have quite some time have happened since THEN, which meant that not only had the worlds changed, her friends were still in trouble even after so long. She signed deeply, "Don't even bother answering Sora..." She said to him, dropping her right hand and letting her Keyblade dissapate into a light. "I can see already that you are speaking of the truth and I apologize for freaking you out." Her voice was now grim and serious, she turned away from him.
"I guess Time slipped while I was away from the Realm of Light, huh? The Keyblade Master turned to face him once again, giving him a small smile and reached her hand towards him for a handshake. "It's been a while, but it is nice to see you Sora, I trust Riku is doing well as well?"

i can't remember when you weren't thereWHEN I DIDN'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT YOUi swear, we've been through everything there is, can't imagine anything Sora inhales when she goes backward once more, realizing that perhaps this just isn't going to go his way. He probably should have expected something like this from the start - considering the way she seemed to react after seeing his very being. The fact that it's impossible for him to be Sora cuts deep, though. Sora's not necessarily certain what makes it hurt, the fact that it's not a possibility for him to exist, other than the clearly obvious fact that the girl was under the impression that life was much better without his existence. Her words slice into him, then, fall into his mind like pieces to a puzzle that will never fit - and what the hell was it she just said?
"Sora's a little kid..?"
he whispers to himself, his index and middle finger falling onto his lips, confusion written across his features. What is this girl talking about? Is there another Sora out there who knows about the keyblade - another Sora who has to go through all the horror and bullshit and everything he's been through? What if she's talking about alternate universes? What if there's another Destiny Islands, another Riku, another Kairi, more darkness, more terror and destruction and-- Sora's world is on the verge of tipping over, Sora himself going a little dizzy at the aspect of things that could happen. He knows that the girl is pointing her key at him in offense, he knows that she could be casting a spell for all he cared and could have him blasted into oblivion, but at the moment he doesn't note the need to dodge, the need to get away. A feeling in his gut tells him that she cannot - will not - hurt him. There's just something weird about her, this strange resemblance that's more of a nagging feeling than anything, and Sora knows that he wouldn't hurt her, either; despite the.. dislike she seems to be showing him. She lowers her weapon, proving Sora right. A hint of a smile rushes to his features, but is subdued by the question she poses, causing him to blink. Her voice had gone down, considerably, and for that Sora thanks whatever gods exist out there. "I'm fif--" But alas, he cannot answer, as once more the blue-haired woman interrupts him in his speaking, telling him not to answer. Her keyblade disappears in the same way his does, Sora still in awe that he, Riku, Kairi and Roxas are not the only ones who can wield those weapons. It's not necessarily as big a feeling as it was earlier when he first saw her weapon, per se, but Sora's still surprised. "It's okay," Sora says, smiling a little. "I'm used to having people want to kill me." It's a morbid sort of joke, that much is a given, but Sora pays no heed to it. Her hand is suddenly extended to him, and Sora jumps back a little, afraid that she'll smack him for some kind of incompetence he isn't aware of. It's the smile on her face that notifies him of her truce, and he takes her hand, grinning brightly, giving it a firm shake. Then she says it's been a while, and talks about Riku, and says it is nice to see you Sora what in the bloody hell is she talking about?Sora's eyes blink profusely, cherubic features holding a ghost of surprise, his head tilting to the side. "How do you know about Riku?" Something within him stirs, and it's that strange resemblance gnawing at his consciousness again. Sora refuses to acknowledge it, instead looking at the girl - oceanic optics searching through hers.[/blockquote] TAGGED aqua ahaha WORDS sixonefive. Aqua was a bit puzzled by his question, it was quite obvious on how she knew about Riku, just like how she knew about him along with his other friends on the islands; Selphie and the others. "Sora" She began, attempting this time to choose her words more carefully in an attempt to regain her composure despite the terribly rocky start between them.
"Don't you remember me or Terra? We both met you and Riku that day so many years ago. You of all people should remember me, you promised me that you would always keep a close watch for your friend in case anything should happen to him..."
It was almost unbelievable that he would forget such an important promise, it was the time in which Terra saw himself in young Riku and decided to perform the Inheritance Ceremony with him, although Aqua wanted to do the same with Sora she felt it would not be wise to allow both of the friends to become wielders in case the same thing would happen like with herself and Terra. Instead she decided to make a pact with Sora that both of them would do whatever they could to protect their friends and their hearts from ever being lost within the darkness. While Aqua pretty much broke her promise to the young boy thanks to Master Xehanort, she had always hoped that little Sora managed to hold his end of the bargain.
The Keyblade Master rested her hand into her pocket before pulling out her blue Lucky Charm, she made it after visiting the Destiny Islands before meeting the boy and learning of the power of the Paopu Fruit and what it represented. She looked into it and could almost see her friends who she lost, deep within her heart ached because of the fact that she was without them for so long. She looked back up at Sora and stuffed her charm back into her pocket.
"Well then, allow me to re-introduce myself since you probably did forget about me." She said with a twinge of annoyance in her voice. "My name is Aqua, and I am a Keyblade Master specialized in magic use."

Demyx
He was strolling through the town, playing on his sitar, earning a few claps from strangers, grins from children, and a few audiences every now and then. He walked along, sometimes ignoring the people, conentrating on getting the right note, but accidently ran into a tree. "Oof." He said in surprised making the sitar dispear into nothingness, and rubbed the back of his head. Soon he caught sight of a key blade, and his curiosity took over, he peeked over and there was a girl holding it, and then he backed up and went into another direction for a better look. The town was surprised to see Demyx not with his sitar, so they basically ignored them, and then went to the other side, and climbed the tree. He sat there, looking down at them and then it hit him, Sora was there too. "Hey Sora!" He yelled out, forgetting he was in a tree, and then climbed down, and walked over to Sora, "Your looking lively." He said grinnin a little, looking down at Sora, being taller than him had it's advantages, but the guy could fight no matter his size. Demyx brought out his sitar again and began to just strum the strings of it, making a little tune up, little water droplets shaped like notes danced around them, not intending a fight at all.

i can't remember when you weren't thereWHEN I DIDN'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT YOUi swear, we've been through everything there is, can't imagine anything The look on the girl's face makes Sora rethink his statement, and when she calls his name, the boy blinks. He'd told her his name, of course, so it's not much of a surprise that she can say his name. Riku's, though? How can someone know Riku? Is there some sort of telepathic connection between keybladers Sora isn't aware of? He bites on his lower lip when she asks him, the so many years ago comment falling short.
It must have been about the same time when his parents got lost at sea.
Sora's eyes blink one more time, the promise suddenly ringing clear in his ears - the main reason he'd refused to let Riku fall into the darkness (and failed, that one night); other than the fact that Riku was one of his best friends. Sora's eyes light up in recognition, the girl suddenly looking ten times more familiar, with her blue eyes and her blue hair. Sora's mouth opens in disbelief then closes again, and a little smile lifts onto his face. It was her who told him, all those years ago, to keep his friends safe - as she would for hers. It had, of course, seemed a bit of a ludicrous thing back in his childhood mind, but now he realizes that she was indeed wise to tell him of this impending doom.
But if that had happened way back, back when Sora was little and it was just the Riku-Sora complex and not the Riku-Sora-Kairi, then why did this girl look no different from the picture in his memories? Sora's eyes dart to her when she tells him that she will say her name once more, the tone of annoyance not lost on the brunette. He was naive sometimes, but he was definitely not stupid. When she says her name, and he can put a word to her face, a bright smile lifts onto his face.
"I remember!"
says Sora, his hands curling into fists as they move to chest level, the boy nodding furiously. "You and.. what was his name? Terra? Terra thought Riku was awesome, and I.. yeah!" There's this tone of close to unbelievable recognition, and Sora lets out a little laugh as memories drift into his head. She's called herself a Keyblade Master, and Sora wonders what that could mean - wonders if he, himself is a Master as well; but choosing not to dwell on the topic of his expertise. Instead, he smiles, cheerfully, the fists uncurling as his arms move back to his sides. "No wonder you looked so familiar," Sora whispers, voice dropping a little. His fingers run through blond locks, Sora's lips still curved up into that little, happy smile; optimism shining clear through the former shadows of doubt. "It's.. it's nice to see you again, Aqua. Riku's.. Riku's safe, or at least he was when I last saw him. I almost did lose him, but he was saved, and.. How about your friends? How're they?" Sora's so lost in his little cloud of naivete that he doesn't notice a familiar sitar player watching him. When said sitar player calls out Sora's name, Sora lets out a little yelp of surprise, head snapping to look at him. The sight of him - what was his name again? Was it Demyx? - causes a little look of shock drift onto the brunette's face, his wrist flicking for his own keyblade to appear in his right hand. Sora's prepared to fight, prepared to risk his life again-- --then Demyx says something that doesn't sound awful at all. Sora's eyes blink twice, and the grin Demyx is giving him is contagious. Sora's own lips curve up into a little smile, and he rubs his arm. "So do you, Demyx," he says, the hand holding the keyblade now calmly resting. He's a little wary, of course, not sure whether this is all a cruel joke and that the Nobody is just waiting to attack (and it doesn't help that Demyx has some droplets of water floating about, too). Sora, therefore, keeps the keyblade materialized, not wanting to risk his and Aqua's safety in the least. "Wh.. What're you doing here?"[/blockquote] TAGGED aqua&demyx <3 WORDS sevenohoh.
